AlphaXR Ventures · Privacy notice

Clear handling of business information.

This Privacy Notice explains how LE Supply LLC, doing business as AlphaXR Ventures, handles information through alphaxrventures.com, direct business email, BidScout onboarding and delivery, support, and payment administration. It is written for United States business contacts and customers.

The sample-request fields stay on the visitor's device. The website opens a prepared email, and nothing reaches AlphaXR unless the visitor chooses to send it.
01

Information we receive

Contact and business information. We may receive a name, job title, work email, company name, postal address, service area, business website, and message content.

Capability and service information. A customer may provide business capabilities, certifications, registrations, insurance or bonding status, service categories, geography, references, preferences, decisions, and evidence needed for the agreed service. We ask customers not to send passwords, card data, government-portal credentials, classified information, export-controlled information, or highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Website and provider information. At launch, the sample-request form stays on the visitor's device and opens a prepared email; nothing reaches AlphaXR unless the visitor sends it. The website host may process limited device, network, security, and request logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Payment and transaction information. Stripe collects card and payment details. AlphaXR receives business contact and billing details, transaction amounts and status, tax information where provided, and Stripe identifiers for customers, checkout sessions, invoices, subscriptions, payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts. AlphaXR does not store raw card numbers or CVC.

Public-source and service records. We retain relevant Official Source URLs and public procurement information, retrieval details, match and quality records, delivered materials, support messages, corrections, approvals, and customer decisions communicated to us.

02

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests; evaluate service fit; create and maintain the accepted capability profile; monitor approved sources; prepare, quality-check, deliver, and correct reports; support the account; administer subscriptions and payments; maintain accounting and audit records; honor marketing opt-outs; prevent abuse and security incidents; comply with law; exercise or defend legal rights; and improve controlled workflows.

We do not use automated output to sign, price, certify, or submit a customer's bid. Those decisions remain with the customer.

03

Automation and artificial intelligence

AlphaXR may use trained personnel and approved automation or artificial-intelligence providers to help extract, classify, compare, draft, summarize, and quality-check business and public-source information. AlphaXR remains responsible for the contracted deliverable and applies human or deterministic review at material decision points.

We limit provider access to information reasonably needed for the task and review provider terms before using a new provider for customer Confidential Information. We do not intentionally submit passwords, raw payment-card data, classified information, or other prohibited data to these systems. Customers should contact us before supplying information that requires special handling.

04

When we disclose information

We may disclose information to hosting, email, payment, document-processing, automation, artificial-intelligence, security, storage, and other service providers that support the purposes above; to accountants, attorneys, insurers, and other professional advisers; when directed or authorized by the customer; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful government request; to investigate fraud, abuse, or threats; or in connection with a genuine financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale subject to appropriate protection.

We do not sell personal information. At first launch we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use advertising pixels, or use session-replay tools.

05

Cookies and website tracking

AlphaXR does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or nonessential cookies at first launch. The hosting provider may use technically necessary storage or logs to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the site. If AlphaXR later adds analytics or nonessential tracking, it will update this Notice and implement any required notice or choice before activation.

06

Retention

Unless a longer period is required for law, legal hold, dispute, fraud prevention, or a documented business need, AlphaXR uses the following launch retention schedule:

  • Unconverted inquiry, sample-request, and prospect correspondence: up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction.
  • Customer agreements, Order Summaries, acceptance and cancellation evidence, invoices, transaction records, capability versions, delivered materials, support, corrections, and quality records: during the relationship and up to seven years after it ends.
  • Marketing-suppression records: the minimum email address or irreversible reference needed to honor the opt-out for as long as reasonably necessary.
  • Provider security and technical logs: under the provider's configured retention and only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.
  • Backups: deleted or overwritten on the ordinary secure backup cycle unless preserved for a legal hold.
  • At the end of a retention period, information is deleted, deidentified, or isolated from ordinary use when reasonably practicable. AlphaXR applies this schedule from the Notice's effective date.
07

Security and incident response

AlphaXR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to its size, service, and risk. Measures may include access limitation, account security, provider controls, versioned records, backups, and separation of payment-card handling through Stripe. No internet, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If AlphaXR discovers a security incident involving protected information, it will investigate, contain, document, and provide any notice required by applicable law. Customers should report suspected security problems to bids@alphaxrventures.com and should not include sensitive details in the initial message.

08

Choices and requests

A person may ask to access, correct, or delete information provided directly to AlphaXR, or object to a marketing use, by emailing bids@alphaxrventures.com. AlphaXR may verify identity and authority before acting. A request may be limited when retention is needed for a contract, accounting, security, suppression, legal claim, or other lawful reason.

Every AlphaXR commercial marketing email must identify the sender, include a valid postal address and a clear opt-out method, and honor a valid opt-out within the legally required time. Transactional and service-delivery messages may continue when needed to administer an active customer relationship.

09

Third-party sources and links

The website and BidScout materials link to government agencies, procurement systems, Stripe, and other third parties. Their information practices, terms, security, and availability are controlled by them. This Notice covers AlphaXR, not those third parties.

10

Children and geographic scope

AlphaXR's website and services are directed to businesses and authorized adult representatives, not children under 18. AlphaXR does not knowingly collect information from children. The launch service is intended for United States business use. Expansion into another jurisdiction requires a privacy and contract review before marketing or service begins there.

11

Changes and contact

AlphaXR may update this Notice prospectively when its services, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will appear on the website. A material change affecting existing customer information will receive additional notice when required by law or contract.
