The website describes AlphaXR's validation-stage business services and allows a visitor to request information. It is not a government portal, bid-submission system, legal opinion, tax or accounting advice, financial recommendation, insurance or bonding advice, eligibility certification, or guarantee that any person qualifies for an opportunity.
A sample request, email, download, or website visit does not create a customer, fiduciary, agency, professional-adviser, or confidential relationship. Paid BidScout service begins only after the customer accepts the applicable Subscription Services Agreement, pays through the approved secure checkout, completes required onboarding, and receives activation confirmation.
BidScout boundary and customer control
BidScout is research and decision support within an agreed official-source, geography, and capability scope. The customer independently verifies source information and alone controls pricing, estimates, registrations, claims, representations, certifications, attestations, signatures, bid submission, agency communication, contract acceptance, and performance. AlphaXR does not act as the bidder, contractor, government agent, attorney, accountant, broker, insurer, or procurement official.
No government affiliation or results guarantee
AlphaXR is not a government agency and does not claim government endorsement. Public sources may be incomplete, conflicting, amended, delayed, withdrawn, or unavailable. AlphaXR does not guarantee source availability, opportunity volume, eligibility, responsiveness, bid acceptance, award, ranking, leads, revenue, profit, savings, or any government action.
Acceptable use
A visitor may use the website for lawful business evaluation. A visitor may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or extract content in a manner that burdens the site or violates rights or source terms; impersonate another person; misrepresent government affiliation; use the site to violate law or third-party rights; remove ownership or source notices; or copy, resell, publish, or create a competing service from AlphaXR materials except as expressly allowed in writing.
Intellectual property
AlphaXR's branding, original copy, report designs, workflow descriptions, scoring presentation, graphics, and website materials are owned by or licensed to AlphaXR. Subject to these Website Terms, AlphaXR grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the public site for internal business evaluation. Government records, Official Sources, third-party marks, and linked materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
Third-party sites
Links to government agencies, procurement systems, Stripe, and other third parties are provided for convenience and verification. AlphaXR does not control their content, availability, security, accessibility, terms, or privacy practices. A visitor uses third-party sites at the visitor's own discretion and must follow their terms.
Privacy and communications
The AlphaXR Privacy Notice explains information handling. The launch sample-request form prepares an email on the visitor's device and does not send or store the fields through the website. AlphaXR receives the information only if the visitor sends the email. A visitor must not send passwords, payment-card data, government credentials, classified information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
Offer and billing information
The founding BidScout offer is $249 per month for the first 25 activated paying customers, with rate protection for each eligible customer's first 12 continuous paid months. The paid agreement and checkout control the exact availability, included service, automatic renewal, taxes, cancellation, correction, refund, and other customer terms. If marketing copy conflicts with an accepted paid agreement, the paid agreement controls.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHAXR AND ITS OWNER, PERSONNEL, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON PUBLIC CONTENT. ALPHAXR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING ONLY FROM FREE PUBLIC-WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. LIABILITY UNDER AN ACCEPTED PAID-SERVICE AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
Website indemnity
A visitor will defend and indemnify AlphaXR and its owner, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims arising from the visitor's unlawful website use, submitted materials, infringement, impersonation, security attack, or material violation of these Website Terms, except to the extent caused by AlphaXR's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes, availability, and termination
AlphaXR may modify or discontinue public website features and may update these Website Terms prospectively. The current effective date will appear on the site. A change to Website Terms does not modify an existing paid-service agreement. AlphaXR may restrict website access for misuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
Governing law, venue, and contact
Michigan law governs these Website Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes arising only from website use must be brought in the state courts located in Livingston County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Before filing a non-emergency claim, the parties should provide written notice and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
